Compensation Plan
Paycom’s Executive Compensation Plan allows starting sales reps the opportunity to earn up to $100K or more within their first 12 months of employment. Since this program went into effect, Paycom has retained a single-digit turnover rate with sales representatives who reached one year of service. Many of our sales representatives, only two years out of college have earned $250K+.
